Abilities
Anti-Air (AA) units serve as key defensive assets, engaging enemy aircraft within their designated Air Defense Zone. These units provide protection against hostile air operations, limiting the effectiveness of enemy air forces in contested airspace.
Mechanics
AA units cover a one-sector radius, automatically engaging enemy air units that enter their zone.
Enemy aircraft have a percentage-based chance to evade incoming fire.
Each successful hit reduces the enemy aircraft's size by 1, weakening its overall combat effectiveness.
Example: An Air Superiority Fighter Squadron has a 20% chance to evade, meaning the AA unit has an 80% chance to hit, reducing the squadron’s size accordingly.
AA Units cannot engage Attack Helicopters.
